Parents have a secret of knowing Santa's information right? They know his address and phone number and can get in touch with him whenever they want to. Well, Realtors have a secret of knowing what's going to happen in the future with interest rates. Just kidding, I wish! But seriously, we do have a secret of having the correct tools to be able to price a home accurately and market it effectively to achieve the ultimate goal, which is selling for the highest price for our clients.
